• Custom/Personalized Items, Markdowns, Sale, Items Ordered Using a Third Party Voucher are Final Sale and are Not Eligible for Return or Exchange.
• Shipping Times: Voucher and Custom embroidery items generally ship within 1-4 weeks of order placement unless otherwise stated on product page or home page. Custom jewelry, custom wall canvases and acrylic monogram home decor ship time range between 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
• Returns/Exchange: Fashion Boutique Clothing, Jewelry and other Non-Custom Accessories may be returned for a full refund if received within 7 days of original delivery date, in original condition. Original shipping fees are not refundable. For a clothing size exchange: Please include original invoice number and desired size clearly indicated in the returned package. If your desired size is in stock, we will ship your desired size at no additional cost.  If your desired size is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.  
• Damaged Merchandise: If your item arrives damaged, notify us by email at shipping@embellishaccessoriesandgifts.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged merchandise and MUST provide a picture of the item and the packing slip at that time.  Depending on the specific item we may replace the item, or issue a refund.  
• Incorrect Order: If you have a question about your order, or believe a mistake was made on your order, please contact us with the original invoice number within 7 days of delivery and a picture of the item and the packing slip at: shipping@embellishaccessoriesandgifts.com 
• PLEASE READ WHEN USING A PRE-PURCHASED THIRD PARTY VOUCHER CODE:  The deal terms and our website state that one discount code may be used per order, and if multiple discount codes are purchased, a separate order must be placed for each discount code or the order will not be processed. Due to fraud risks and production scheduling, we must enforce this policy at all times. The system will only apply one discount per order, to one item per order. Due to the high volume of orders, and the custom nature of our merchandise, in order to expedite your orders as quickly as possible please follow these instructions so that your items are processed and put into production without delay.
