Custom Orders and Personalization Requirements
The website checkout process offers multiple opportunities to confirm your order. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting. Unfortunately, we can not make any changes to a confirmed online order. This includes personalization, size and quantities. Accepting changes is impossible if we want to maintain our fast and efficient processing times.
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you want to check your order status online, change your shipping address or email address be sure to create an account during checkout! You will use your email address to sign into your account when you are on our website, to check your orders and make changes. "Unfulfilled" status means the order is in production. "Fulfilled" status means the order is out of production and in the shipping process. Custom items generally ship within 2-4 weeks from the date the order is placed on our website, depending on the item. We are not able to answer emails regarding order status and maintain our fast and efficient production times. If you order is lost or missing after the expected shipping period, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the first/last name the order was placed under or we will not be able to locate your order.
WHEN USING A PRE-PURCHASED DISCOUNT CODE: The deal terms and our website state that one discount code may be used per order, and if multiple discount codes are purchased, a separate order must be placed for each discount code or the order will not be processed. If a code is purchased, and the code that is valid for multiple items, the code may be used multiple times, up to the number of items that the code was intended to be used towards. For example-- a single code is purchased and the code is valid for two items, in order to receive the full discount on two items, two orders will need to be placed and the code will be provided twice, with each of the two orders. Due to fraud risks and production scheduling, we must enforce this policy at all times. The system will only apply one discount per order, to one item per order. Due to the high volume of orders, and the custom nature of our merchandise, in order to expedite your orders as quickly as possible please follow these instructions so that your items are processed and put into production without delay.
